All prices quoted in the shop and on the product pages include statutory VAT plus shipping costs.
Delivery within Germany via DHL or GLS:

Orders over €100 are shipped free of charge. Below this order value, we charge a shipping fee of €7.50.

Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

The standard delivery time for shipping within Germany is 2-4 working days, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Delivery within the EU + Switzerland via DHL or GLS:

For orders with an order value of up to €100, we charge a shipping fee of €7.50. Above this order value, we charge a shipping fee of €14.50.

Orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours.

The standard delivery time for shipping to the EU is 5-8 working days, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
Collection in the shop:

All orders can also be picked up directly from our test center at Lake Brombach. In this case you will receive an email as soon as the goods are ready for collection or we will call you to arrange a collection date.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as the goods have been shipped.
The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

If you have a problem or questions about a product, you can reach us at any time via our contact options. We are glad to help you!
If you are still not satisfied with a product or have changed your mind, you can return all ordered products to us unused and undamaged in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. You have to bear the costs of the return yourself.
